error 111

The lightbulb went on and I figured out the error 111. Your statment that error 111 means "connection refused" sank into my brain. offlineimap is configured to contact Davmail on localhost and Davmail was crashing. I haven't figured out the Davmail crash yet.
A better error message at imaplibutil.py line 280 would definitely be helpful.
And there still is the bug in LocalStatus.py line 70.
