Offlineimap hangs after NOOP warning

Sorry - I obviously didn't make myself clear.  It only terminated 
because I killed it at 16:45:37, and then it logged the 'terminating' 
message preceded by two other error lines.  Perhaps it was in some sort 
of loop -- I didn't check the CPU usage before killing the process.

I'll turn on debugging and wait for it to happen again -- which may take 
a week or two!
