[BUG]: offlineIMAP aborts when downloading >1MB email

It is an often reported error that only occurs with gmail, which seems
to close connections very aggressively.
OfflineImap needs to be modified to cope with this exact type of error,
it has historically assumed that network connections are not disrupted.

So, nothing you can do for now, except restarting.
