New logging framework on 'next' (Blinkenlights users beware)

Nice work !

One thing though, now running it as "offlineimap -o", with the output
set to Basic, it hangs right after saying

    *** Finished account 'allimap' in 0:05

and I have to kill it using CTRL-C. git bisect tells me that

cbec8bb5b20eb8051aaea2b20f81de9158dab975 is the first bad commit ... and
it is indeed quite huge. Plus I have no time to investigate more now,
just enough to report, sorry!
