even w/ preauthtunnel, NoOptionError: No option 'remoteuser' in section: 'Repository Local'

I was using a several-months old checkout of offlineimap. When I updated
to the latest, I got the above error. Attached is my .offlineimaprc.

The example offlineimap.conf says, "When you use a tunnel, you do NOT
specify a user or password (if you do, they'll be ignored.)  Instead,
you specify a preauthtunnel"
