Uhh, I would be very surprised if Google did not handle the standard
command FETCH 1:*, and I did test this with a Gmail account right
now. However, what I did find was that empty folders were not handled
properly, it seems. Attaching a patch that fixes this. I'll push them to
spaetz/next too.
