one-way (readonly) sync?

Hello,

is it possible to restrict offlineimap operation so it only copies one-way?
No deletion of anything ever in any case :)

If not, would it be a lot of work to add such a feature? Before diving into
the code, I would be grateful to hear an educated estimate.
