Question about autorefresh + quick

When using both the `autorefresh` option and the `quick` option, is the
very first sync going to be a quick update or a full update?

i.e. if I have autorefresh = 1 and quick = 3, will the first three updates
be "full, quick, quick" or "quick, quick, full"?
