Offlineimap not syncing S flag on refresh

Can you try the latest release 6.4.4 and see if this is fixed? I believe
it should be. You can simply download
https://github.com/spaetz/offlineimap/tarball/v6.4.4

ungzip&tar it and run locally as ./offlineimap.py.
