Talking to Piers, the imaplib2 maintainer, he confirmed that he only
aims at >=2.6. So that leaves us to also strictly go for >=2.6. Is that
acceptable to people nowadays?
In that case, I can move to python 2.6 language compatibility too which
will allow me to remove quite some bandaid, and move slowly towards python 3
compatibility too. With python 2.5 there is just no way to even start
thinking about python3.
Thanks for the patch, it has been applied.
