offlineimap guide

Dear friends of offlineimap,

Some time ago I wrote a small documentation on my offlineimap setup:
https://dev.gentoo.org/~tomka/mail.html

This page grew more and more outdated over time.  For instance it did
not document the inverse nametrans rules (although I implemented them in
my setup).  Now I finally found the time to update the guide and also to
put the example files on github.  I'd welcome any comments or
pull-requests you may have.
