ValueError: Backend could not find uid for message

Dear all,

Sorry to revive this old thread, but I am seeing this error all over my large
mailbox when I try to synchronize two cyrus imap mailboxes ( debian) .

I am using 6.5.2.1. The patch mentioned in this thread is in this source. 
Below the log file as asked for by Sebastian.

Any ideas where to start to look would be greatly appreciated.
