offlineimap hangs

This has happend a few times to me - seemingly at random. At least on a few
occasions I suspected large attachments to  be the cause (by enabling debug
on subsequent runs). That would be my first guess, although I am not
experienced enough to comment on existence of any bug(s) in this area.
