Offlineimap with notmuch and dovecot

What is the best configuration for offlineimap, notmuch and dovecot? Is there a good way of doing
this? I have offlinimap and notmuch running nicely, but don't get dovecot to work with it. My
offlineimap config is as folllow:

Any suggestions of being able to access my local mail from notmuch and dovecot?

I would like to have dovecot to use it with thunderbird.
