I screwed up.

I got the famous UID Validity problem while syncing my gmail account
locally.

Unfortunately I misread the FAQ and also deleted my Repository Local
FolderValidity file. Now the mail is gone from gmail.

I have restored the mail locally from a backup, but I can't get it back
onto the server because of the UID validity problem.

Help.

p.s. it would be nice if there was a flag to fix the uid validity
problem automatically
p.p.s. can I make the sync on directional next time?
