[PATCH] Let OfflineIMAP sync all flags between IMAP servers, not just Maildir-compatible flags

What are the chances for inclusion of this march 10 patch of mine? Is 
there anything more you need? My follow-up patch (which may need to be 
rewritten) depends on it and I do not wish to invest time in it unless 
in the not-too-long term they will land upstream.

(I understand that time is scarce, and this is just not high-priority 
enough, but in that case, it is useful for me to know this.)
