This is to be fixed by Sebastian (CC'ed).  Basically, zrssfeed is to be
extended to take base url as the argument, since GitHub's RSS feed uses
not fully-qualified URLs.

Proof of concept is at http://codelabs.ru/oimap/, new zrssfeed is at
http://codelabs.ru/oimap/zrssfeed.js and the call to rssfeed() inside
<head> of http://offlineimap.org/ should add 'linkbase: 'https://github.com'
to the hash argument.
