Getting Mails from the client?

OfflineIMAP is a IMAP client only. There is no OfflineIMAP server but
there are open sources IMAP server out there like dovecot.

I have no idea if an iPhone IMAP "server" (!?) could provide your mails
over Wifi to the OfflineIMAP client.
