OK, done. The OpenSSL exception is now in the next branch. We should
probably add a small blurb about it in the source code files header
where the license is described. It would be good to make a release with
just the openssl exception added, so debian can update to this version.
(I won't get to this though).

I'll try to follow up the other non-responders though and get their
consent too.
