[offlineimap] blinkenlights display is broken (#160)

I get this as well in the new version, but I have an old offlineimap install running 4.0.0 and I confirmed that it didn't have this issue. Works fine and looks nice.  Old system is 4.0.0 on OpenBSD using bash as the shell running in GNU screen.
New install w/ bugs is bash shell in Linux terminal and offlineimap 6.5.4.
