[offlineimap] blinkenlights broken? (#160)

I've had similar behaviour as long as I've been using OfflineIMAP (~3 years). I always assumed that it was related to multiple sync threads occurring at the same time.

I run under Arch Linux. Shell is zsh. Terminal is urxvt (occasionally with the OfflineIMAP process running in tmux).
