No, check the offlineimap.conf file

Each account is defined by two repositories, one called
"localrepository" and the other "remoterepository".

What I meant is that one value of a repository can't be used in another
account definition. So, it is uniq.

So, saying "same goes with repos" does not makes sense. UNLESS you're
talking about the settings *IN* a repository section, which is something
sightly different! :-)
