[offlineimap] ERROR: Exceptions occurred during the run! (#239)

When you cd into `bin` and execute `./offlineimap`, you are runnning the system-wide version of offlineimap, That's not telling you anything about what is in the ZIP file.

In the root of the zipfile, if you were to do

    offlineimap-6.5.7$  ./bin/offlineimap --version

you should see

    6.5.7
