[offlineimap] Removal of "maxage" for imap-to-imap sync in 6.5.7 causes duplication of messages on sync (#242)

Ok. First, there are good tools to remove duplicates, like mutt.

About the maxage removal with v6.5.7, does this help ? http://offlineimap.org/devel/2015/04/14/why-we-changed-maxage.html
