Offlineimap supports IMAP/IMAP sync but nametrans is for tuning local
maildir only. IMAP/IMAP mode assumes full sync of the filtered folders
with no way to tune the layers.

There is MBSync but I'm not sure it supports the feature you expect.
I'm not sure it can sync 2 IMAP servers, either.
