Mmmmhhh, there's no Debian problem with this as we have no trademark on
the swirl and its license is free (as Luca observed). But I'm pretty
sure this will need to be approved by OpenStack, as they do have a
trademark on their logo (as the ™ shows).

The idea of a joint Debian/OpenStack logo is great, but we should make
sure they're fine with that.
