If I'm not mistaking, the transition will not happen for Wheezy. It has
been announced that mod_perl wasn't ready, and was a blocker. So you
don't really need to care much about it, unless you want to prepare the
transition for Wheezy+1 (which isn't a bad idea though).

It's good to know we're good already btw! :)
