First of all, thanks for the packaging work.

If the package is supposed to be team maintained, it'd be nice if you
could use the same kind of packaging workflow, as described at:

http://openstack.alioth.debian.org/

Besides this, you don't need to use the github redir for your watch
file. The following would do:
https://github.com/collie/sheepdog/tags .*/v(\d[\d\.]+)\.tar\.gz
