Hi,

I think that many issues that you are reporting have already been
solved. Let me go through each of them.

I believe that one is fixed, though upgrading may have caused this. I
might need to add Breaks: + Replaces: cinder (<< 2013.1) though.

This one is fixed, 100% sure of it.
