Hello OpenStack maintainers,

There is a circular dependency between nova-compute and nova-compute-kvm:

nova-compute 	 :Depends: nova-compute-kvm | nova-compute-hypervisor
nova-compute-kvm :Depends: nova-compute

Circular dependencies involving shared libraries are known to cause problems
during upgrade between stable releases, so we should try to get rid of them.
