Yes, looks like you found a bug :)

That --config token is processed in a slightly different way and it
should support the "=" form of the flag.

Yes, thanks. The problem is with the code, I'll fix it and it will be
included in next release.

(it's not just the doc, the --help is showing it wrong too)

Yes, it is correct. That's the default auth url for python-cloudfiles
(auth URL of Rackspace in US).
