I'm trying to organize a session for the next summit to discuss the evolution of the block device APIs in order to implement ( among a few others ) the blueprint you proposed https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/BlockDeviceConfig

Do you think it is worth doing ? Or should the scope be different ?
