[Openstack-devel] Update of python-coverage to latest upstream version

Hi Ben,

There's a new version of Coverage available on Pypi.

Could you upgrade the Sid package python-coverage to the latest version
as well? I need it (this is a dependency of OpenStack, it is used during
unit tests).

Alternatively, would you allow me to NMU it, if you are busy with
something else (or not available)?

Also, I would strongly advice to maintain your Python packages inside
the Python module team. Did you consider it?
