Hi Ben,

IMHO, it is useless to try to "motivate" someone. So I did the work and
packaged jquery-hotkeys. It is currently in NEW. Maybe you can subscribe
to the #635475 bug, and when it is closed (because the package is
accepted by the FTP masters), you can upload a new version of
python-coverage?

FYI, the package is there:
git://git.debian.org/pkg-javascript/libjs-jquery-hotkeys.git
