Hi,
This is due to the latest upload of python-sqlalchemy. It was known to
be incompatible, and that's a consequence. I'm not sure how this can be
fixed yet, probably we will have to wait until the next version of
OpenStack is out (eg: Havana), in October. However, it is to be noted
that Cinder will continue to work with Wheezy.
Note that I have already opened a bug upstream.
