Hi,

this is already known over here. The problem is that
Heat isn't compatible with SQLAlchemy 0.8 which has
been uploaded recently without any coordination.

There is little that can be done until this is fixed
upstream (the patches aren't as trivial as the ones
I made for Cinder and Glance).
