[Openstack-devel] Bug#717628: keystone: Fail to debuild after debuild clean.

Dear Maintainer,

There is a problem that occurs when you build from source package.
It fails to build once, when I try to build again after running the debuild clean.

I work around the problem by modifying as follows.
