[Openstack-devel] Bug#717916: python-json-patch: package name does not conform to python policy

Dear Maintainer,

I believe that python-json-patch should be named python-jsonpatch
according to section 2.2 of the python-policy [1].

This naming difference means that dh_python2 does not correctly determine
the dependencies.
