Dear Maintainer,

In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

  * d/control: Drop BD on python-nosexcover as its not in main.

I dropped this from the packaging as python-nosexcover does not add a huge
amount of value to the package build process as unit test coverage is not
reported on packages AFAIK.  nosexcover is not in Ubuntu main - it would
be great if we could keep Debian and Ubuntu in sync in this area.
