i have to add a +1 to Julien word's

i understand, and share, your frustration on current and past status of
alioth, but alioth is what make the collaboration possible; even if you
do most of the job.

i think if you move the repo to a private you will get less collaboration

if packaging is could be moved to openstack infra please wait, we can
have a better place to collaborate, open to anyone let's do just one move.
