Hi Christian,

You can proceed with reviewing the Neutron package [1], which is
currently in Debian experimental (version 2013.2~rc1). Within about 10
days, I will upload all of OpenStack 2013.2 in Sid, overwriting all of
2013.1. I also added the templates for RabbitMQ configuration. So right
now is the perfect moment if you wish to work on that package. It would
be really great if it was dealt with before the release, on the 17th of
November.

Note that a bunch of OpenStack package also integrate this new RabbitMQ
thing:
- Ceilometer
- Cinder
- Glance
- Nova
- Heat
- Neutron

And FYI, RabbitMQ is a "messaging queue" which is used by all OpenStack
components to talk to each other. It really is key to all of this.
