Now the situation is

python-couleur          :Depends: python-sure
python-steadymark       :Depends: python-sure, python-couleur
python-sure             :Depends: python-steadymark

So python-sure still need to stop depending on python-steadymark to remove the
circular dependency.

python-sure does not actually need to depend on python-steadymark.
