[PKG-Openstack-devel] [PATCH] Allow selecting log destination for Nova daemons

Hello list,

Right now, the log destination of most Openstack services are hard coded in the init.d/upstart scripts as one config file is shared by many services.
This patch allow the user to create either :
 - /etc/default/openstack
 - /etc/default/name-of-the-daemon

Those file can contain :
USE_SYSLOG=yes|no
USE_LOGFILE=yes|no

I will soon send patches for the other packages it it's ok for you.
