Hi Benedikt,

Thanks for this bug report.

As per the above log (it's very nice you could send it), the issue was
that httplib2 needs to be >= 0.7.5. It is looking like to me that the
problem is located in python-neutronclient rather than in neutron-server
(at least, that's what is showing the requirments.txt of both packages).

Anyway, I have added a backport of the current Sid version of
python-httplib2 to the repository, and I am in the process of uploading
a new version of python-neutronclient with fixed (build-)depends. I'm
also reassigning this bug to python-neutronclient.
