Yes, I'll do a heat-cfntools release today. Doing a sync with
requirements results in the following requirements.txt. Is this acceptable?

pbr>=0.6,!=0.7,<1.0
argparse
boto>=2.12.0,!=2.13.0
psutil>=1.1.1
