oyens[1] was recently upgraded to jessie and cron.daily started giving
errors from logrotate. It appears that the correct solution is to drop
the logrotate configuration from nova-common.

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
error: nova-common:1 duplicate log entry for /var/log/nova/nova-api.log
