Well, the problem by doing so is that translators who monotir the
status of translation completion in their langage will notice that
nova became incomplete, then might start working on the templates as
they are.

Which is why I find it better when the review gets done before the
upload happens.

The current process quite heavily relies on the fact that *I* notice
the change and then do what I can to initiate the review/correction as
quick as possible....with no guarantee that another translator won't
start working on the old templates....unless I manually warn all of
them that they shouldn't.

In short, the process then relies on *my* reactivity...:-)
