[PKG-Openstack-devel] neutron-server install fails - icehouse

apt-get install neutron-server failed with <<ValueError: Empty module
name>> - http://paste.debian.net/84119/

apt-cache policy neutron-server shows it picked from the icehouse repo and
installed.

neutron-server:
  Installed: 2014.1~b2-2~bpo70+1
  Candidate: 2014.1~b2-2~bpo70+1
  Version table:
 *** 2014.1~b2-2~bpo70+1 0
        500 http://icehouse.dev-debian.pkgs.enovance.com/debian/icehouse/main
amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I then did a apt-get remove --purge neutron-server which also failed -
http://paste.debian.net/84134/

Any thoughts what is going wrong? How to recover from this state and be
able to install neutron-server?
