Python 3 support for both webtest and singledispatch are available:

% rmadison python3-webtest
 python3-webtest | 2.0.10-2 | jessie | all
 python3-webtest | 2.0.10-2 | sid    | all
% rmadison python3-singledispatch
 python3-singledispatch | 3.4.0.2-1 | jessie | all
 python3-singledispatch | 3.4.0.2-1 | sid    | all

Do you need anything else for Python 3 pecan?
