Ah-ha! This seems to be the issue.

Thanks again, Thomas Goirand.

Any chance a version of this package exists for i386?

Or do I need to upgrade to a 64 bit kernel
on my openstack controller node first?
I have lm flags in cpuinfo. Will investigate that.
